An award-winning full-stack Product Designer blending strategy and visual craft to build meaningful digital experiences.
With a career spanning over two decades, I’ve designed for startups, scale-ups, and global enterprises—crafting digital solutions that are both intuitive and scalable. I focus on creating digital products that deliver lasting user value while driving sustainable business success.
Beginning my journey as a digital creative in the mid-2000s, I’ve developed deep expertise across the full product lifecycle. I’ve led the design of a diverse range of successful products, from early-stage mobile experiences to complex service ecosystems.
My work has been recognised with industry accolades — including a BAFTA nomination, along with honours from the Lovie Awards, Webby Awards, Creative Circle, the New York Festival, and others.
I’ve had the privilege of working with leading organisations including BBC, Financial Times, Digital Science, Azzurri Group and Just Eat Takeaway.
Product design isn’t just about making things look good — it’s about making experiences helpful, functional and accessible to all.
Process
My approach to design is iterative and evidence-led — grounded in research, shaped by user insight, and refined through continuous testing and learning. Every decision is driven by empathy, with a focus on creating experiences that truly resonate with people. I place strong emphasis on balancing user needs with business goals, solving real-world problems through thoughtful design practices.
Discovery
I help bring clarity to ambiguity by uncovering user needs, business goals, and technical constraints early in the product process. From stakeholder interviews and generative research, to mapping context and identifying key opportunities, I help teams focus on what really matters. My design decisions are always grounded in insight, not guesswork.
Ideation
I blend UX thinking with visual craft to create clear, accessible, and considered digital experiences. I lead early exploration through rapid sketching, wireframing, and prototyping, working iteratively with concepts and feedback loops. My approach also combines detailed user journeys and workflow mapping to shape interfaces that are both functional and impactful.
Prototyping
Prototyping brings ideas to life—clarifying intent and enabling teams to rapidly test design hypotheses. I use interaction design to tell clear, compelling product stories that reveal edge cases, helping to validate product ideas early. My approach focuses on creating interactions that feel intuitive, responsive, and distinctly human.
Optimisation
I collaborate closely with researchers to support and facilitate user testing—through hypothesis-driven experiments and post-launch reviews—to continuously improve digital experiences. My process is grounded in ongoing feedback using both qualitative and quantitative insights to iterate with purpose. This also helps to deliver meaningful value to users.
Accessibility
A passionate advocate for ethical and inclusive design, I believe digital products should be accessible to all, regardless of ability, circumstance, or technology. Inclusive design isn’t a checkbox — it’s a mindset that leads to better experiences for everyone.
